Practitioner Services

Emma-Louise Pauline provides nutritional, lifestyle and educational health support. Consultations, testing reviews and recommendations are intended to support wellbeing and are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Bookings

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Testing

Where testing is included, clients are responsible for providing samples according to the instructions provided.

Testing turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on laboratory processing times.

Communication

Where messaging support is included within a programme, communication is intended for guidance, clarification and support related to the agreed programme.

Messaging support does not replace medical care and should not be used for urgent or emergency concerns.

Refunds

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once preparation work has commenced or a consultation has taken place.

Testing fees are non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for decisions relating to their health, medical care, treatment and supplement use.

Recommendations are provided based on information available at the time of consultation and should be discussed with a healthcare professional where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Emma-Louise Pauline shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of information, recommendations or services provided through this website or consultations, except where required by law.
